Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, customers are granted the right to a 10 day product hesitation period. Please note that products must be fully packaged and unused to ensure your rights to product returns.

Return methods

When requesting for product returns, please include full product packagings, accessories, gifts, and invoice into the original container to facilitate the return process.

Conditions of return

1. Except for purposes of verifying product conditions, please do not remove the exterior packaging, tags, adhesives or labels.

2. You will be provided with the opportunity to verify products upon receipt of delivery.

3. Returns will not be accepted for damaged, lost products or product alterations that exceed the conditions required for verifying product conditions or are as a result of actions liable to the customer.

4. If product has been used, the vendor may charge a repackaging fee according to individual regulations.

Refund methods

Credit card: Once the product has been returned within the designated period and verified, the amount will be refunded back to the credit card charged with your purchase. The actual time of refund will depend on the processing time of your issuing bank.

Payment on delivery: Once the product has been returned within the designated period and verified, you will be refunded within two weeks.

Reminders on product refunds

Refunds for payment on delivery may only be refunded back into the banking or postal account designated by the client.

Refunds for credit card purchases may only be refunded back to the credit card charged for your purchase. We apologize for any inconveniences.
